Jin Shin is an ancient art of harmonizing the life energy in the body.

Jin Shin brings balance to the body's energies, which promotes optimal health and well-being, as well as facilitates our own healing capacity. It is a valuable complement to conventional healing methods. Increased memory function, emotional equilibrium, mental alertness and expanded consciousness are only a few areas that benefit as stress, pain and fatigue are released. Jin Shin is referred to as "physio-philosophy" and is an art (way of being), not a technique (way of doing), enabling us to help ourselves, others and to know Onenesss.
Jin Shin utilizes 26 specific areas along multiple energy pathways that operate naturally and continuously in humans and animals. When one of these pathways becomes stuck, the resulting stagnation disrupts local areas and eventually disharmonizes the complete path of energy flow. Gently placing hands (over clothing) on these areas restores balance to the body, extending balance to mind and spirit.
For those of us addressing existing stress or health disharmonies which accumulate through normal daily living, as well as for those who simply want to maintain health, Jin Shin is a simple and powerful tool.
The hour-long Jin Shin session takes place lying face-up and fully clothed on a massage table, as the practitioner uses her hands to encourage the free flow of energy throughout the body.
Jin Shin may also be used to treat maladies in pets and farm animals.
The charge for a Jin Shin session in our treatment room is $60/hour.
At-home service is available; there is an additional $25 for travel and setup.
Appointments are flexible; weekends and evenings are available.
